Where do Sephis Axes And Dwarven Axes Drop?

I've asked players in game but it seems no one knows or bothers to answer.

You'll pretty much only find max/gold ones in the Hall of Heroes chest. I'd suspect that purple ones can drop from quest reward chests in the underworld and fissure of woe.

Ive gotten multiple sephis axes in shiverpeak areas, dwarvens drop in that area too...

Serpent axes, max, are the realy hard ones to pinpoint location.

Are you referring to the Hall of Heroes at Tombs or at Hero's Ascent?

Any specific locations? Also do they drop more commonly while fighting or are you more likely to get one from opening a chest? If so which chests?

From my experience, undead enemies drop sephis axes, like the ones north of hot springs. These aren't max however.

You get alot of Sephis Axes at d'alessio Seaboard, but only around 10-15dmg ones. So i geuss you could get max ones in FoW.

I got a max gold Sephis Axe from the ghosties on the Gates of Kryta bonus. And I would guess that dwarves, probably the Stone Summit in the Southern Shiverpeaks, would drop Dwarven Axes. I've never seen any drop though, not even non-max ones.

Where ever you fight Undead types, Theres a chance within Hell's with those globe keepers or w/e they called...

High Level undead would be your best bet... Hopfully there will be areas with high level undead like variants of UW or FoW... for these types of skins...

I'v gotton 2 regular white sephis axe's from those end guys in hells, the potal keepers or w/e

I would check out ummmm within Riverside(run thru most of it to the bottom way, theres a swap of those caster guys... i think I forget) or maybe clearing Sanctum Cay by the waterfall...

A max sephis axe from such a low lvl enemy? You're lucky

actually, the Smoke Phantoms in the Gates bonus are around level 20. i'm still really really surprised though. that's some good luck right there.

All are possible at the Hall of Heroes chest(from heroes ascent) and all are guarnteed to be gold if droped from that chest.

If you're looking in PvE however...

Undead are the most common things to drop sephis axes. However the only ones that are really farmable in masses are too low to have a very good chance of dropping a max gold sephis axe, even though golds usualy have higher damage than purples/blues/whites from the same monsters. Sanctum cay would probably be your best bet for sephis axes, good amount of 17-18 undead there.

The best source of dwarven axes was the stronbox located in dreadnaughts drift, that was removed. However they occationaly drop out of chests in other areas containing dwarves, and off dwarves. They are very, very rare.

Then you have serpent axes and sicles, which are also very rare, serpent axes extremely so.

Like I said, best bet Hall of Heroes chest. Other than that you're probably going to have a 1 in several billion chance to get one that is both max, and gold. Not even taking into acount the inherent +damage mod(if any), and the requirment with greatly effect the resale and usability.

I got a Gold Max, Sephis Axe, req 13 out of a chest in Thunder Head Keep 2 days ago.

I haven't Id'ed yet, since I haven't decided whether I want to keep it or sell it.

ye, when i think back for about 1 year, i was w/e lvl 15 about, teamm8 got a 6-25 golden sephis at gates of kryta mission, too long ago to still have the screeny, but the other screeny should prove it :P

and about dwarven axes, in my almost 15 months palying gw, i just got one white not max one, droped from the lost strongbox, i rememebr sold it for 6k xD

and about sephis, yes i know a place to farm them, but a chance to get a max one is about 1/100 000 (lolz) and the chance for gold is even worse xD, i just say chestruns *häm häm* krytan *häm häm*...

and serpents...omg never ever found one, saw a purple one, from a dude, he told me he got it in a fow chest, locked or unlocked, i dont know, and a 3-5 dmg one from a chest in pre

but i think gold sperents are just like golds crystallines, just in hoh

For sephis the only decent way of acquiring a max one I know of is to farm the portal wraiths at the last mission.

The only Dwarven and Serpent axes I've found came from the lost strongbox, I still keep the only 2 serpents I ever found, both 6-27 and white =(

they fixed sephis axes at kryta so they cannot drop as max dmg. they drop from undead so you gota find some high lvl undead.
