I know it isnt exactly what your looking for, but I have a 15% always, -5 energy stormbow, req 13

It's tempting, actually, but the energy is going to hurt me a lot more than the enchantment requirement, because I'll always be under Conjure or something. So I'm afraid that bow just wouldn't work out. Thanks for the offer.
