After I typed /preorder, I did get those two weapons. BUT they are customized to my N/Mo.

You can get them on ANY character you create on that account ...
On whichever characters you want them on, type /preorder and you'll have them in your inventory
You can do this any number of times, and delete them if they get in the way of your inventory. If you want them back again, simply type /preorder again and *poof* there they are.
