no, its VERY nice, worth alot to the right buyer, not many earth eles out there, but definitely dont merch it. in fact, this is a weapon, so the only that would apply only to earth magic, is the melee damage. you could sell this to ANY caster that just wants the energy, like a necro or monk, for a good chunk of change. i'd say at least 25k ish, but get more PC's.
