PC on gold shadow shield (bleeding -20%) health +19 while in stance

I never saw this on a shield (reduce bleeding by 20%) so, I was wondering for how much this gold Shadow shield could be sold ?..

what req is it? won't get too much cuz 45 is max in stance now... and there are alot of mods like that (reduce bleeding, cripple and more)

oups sorry, forgot to mention the req, I think it's 10 strenght, not sure, I'll check this tonight.
For the +45 health yes you're right but I thought the -20% bleeding was good, and not so common...

2-3k max imo... mod far from perfection.
