80 - 100k ... imo... maybe bit more.. dunno req doesn't matter much fo casters and most will run that high anyway, and skill recharge is what people want

Dang it, if it was req 8, I would pay an ungodly amount for it...

As for recharge vs. cast, minionmasters actually want fast cast more than recharge, b/c most of the minionmaster spells already have fast recharge, and they need fast cast in case they get into a body war with enemy necros.

Personally, I would put this at 60k. But if it was req 8, heh...
