Considering there is now a collector's Holy Staff with perfect 20/20 Healing, I would just try to salvage the +5 Insight worth 10-15k. It's not worth the trouble since it's highly unlikely that anyone is gonna want to buy the staff at all, much less for anything higher than what you would get by selling either of the mods.
