Hero's Challenge help

im currently wanting to do this quest for the 15 attribute points.
but i can't seem to trigger it.

i've done the hero's journey in dragnok, is it the same npc for the hero's challenge?
if so could anyone please tell me what i need to do to trigger the quest thxs.

Did you do one of the quests for the ghosts back in the desert?

Until you do that, she won't give you the next part.
