I been playing around with my skills for awhile now and this is what I got for a set up.
Mighty Blow: 1st step of combo
Hammer Bash: 2nd stop of combo
Crushing Blow: 3rd step oh noes
Aftershock: 4th step better start running when you get up
Sprint: lol woops just kidding i can chase you
Dwarven Battle Stance: sorry no can do on the healing your self
Endure Pain: no self heal so I need something to extend my life
Resurrection Signet: no team player should leave home without it
The way it works is when I am first building up adrenaline I turn on my Dwarven Battle Stance to interrupt any spell casting or skills, most importantly heals when I am taking out monks. After I get my adrenaline I do Mighty Blow for initial damage, Hammer Bash to knock them down, and then in rapid succession do Crushing Blow to deep wound and Aftershock for the big finish at the end. Most of the time any caster hit by this will be very near death or shaken enough to start running like hell. With help from teammates people get dropped like flys when this combo goes off. I haven't figured out my attribute allocation yet because this character is a work in progress. For now though I am really liking the way this build is handling.

Hammer refires at 1.75 s, though. That seems like it ought to be enough time to slip in the quick 1 s heals if the healer has good timing.

Dwarven battle stance is just a lay over to build adrenaline it ends the second i use a skill. Him getting timing won't matter because by the time he has the time I will have the adrenaline.
