MM Build
Sir Lorcifer
I'm not sure if this question has been asked before, but my friend is doing a MM build and I have played around with the different professions. I was wondering what build would best complement a MM? I'm working on a Mo/E, a Me/N, and have a couple W/x builds. Any suggestions?

Apple
Ranger/Necro with
Barbs
Fav. Winds
Predatory Season (keeps minions alive a bit longer)
Healing Spring
Troll Unguent
Winnowing
Oath Shot
Res Sig
Just a bit of guess work here, not tested it out yet, but i'm sure it'd do pretty well...

Depends on where you're running around. Different areas (farming/questing/exploring/running) have different needs.
A MM benefits from corpses, so rangers are natural compliments as they can bring a pet. Otherwise, you'll want to be able to help with the initial attack and get one enemy down fast. After that your role would change.
Rangers and their spirits (winnow being the best) are helpful. Add in traps for protecting both fo you from rogues and you've got a good setup.
Having some way of healing will make both of your lives easier. If a MM can depend on someone else for healing, they can bring skills along to make life more miserable. So a R/Mo might be a very good mix. Healing Spring can help, but typically you will not be hanging around in the same spot for long enough for it to make a difference.
Warrior shouts can affect summons, so you could take them along and help hold aggro from the MM. Toss in wards (W/E) and you can really make a difference.
Think of a MM as a nuker, but only after he's got a good number of summons. If you can create a corpse and do anything to help his minions, then you're in a good spot.
btw Avoid any AoE. You want monsters to stay attacking minions and not refocusing on the MM or you.
