How does Dye effect Shadow Blades?

I dont yet have a shadow blade of my own, or I would have tested it... Can anyone post a comparison pic of a dyed shadow blade next to a non-dyed one?

you can dye fellblades, they will have the tint of the dye, i havent seen anyone with a dyes shadowblade though so i couldnt answer that.

I tried dying mine orange. It has NO effect on the skin what so ever.

You can't even apply a dye to a Shadow Blade.

i tried dyng my shadow blade silver when i applyed it the dye went back into my inventory

Shadow blade?
I know of plasma blades, but no shadow blades, unless your talking about Victo's Blade.
