PC on a few Rares

Hey there just wanted to known how much these 3 rares I found were(and if I should change thier mods to up thier value)

1.Poisonous Half Moon of Shelter
Piercing Damage 15-28 (req. 10 Marksmanskip)
Damage +15 (while enchanted)
Lengthens Poison duration on Foes by 33%
Armour +7 (vs physical attacks)

2.Cruel Fellblades of Enchanting
Slashing Damage 11-22 (Req 10 Swordsmenship)
Damage +15%
Armour -10 (when attacking)
Lenghtens Deep Wound duration on foes by 33%
Enchantments last 15% longer

3. Ebon Eternal Bow of Warding
Earth Damage: 14-28 (Req 8 Marksmenship)
Damage +14%(when Enchanted)
Armour +6 (vs elemental)

1+3 ... 5-10k imo ... enchanted bows are a pain to sell ugh

2 is a decent find though ... 250k maybe?
