PC Hale (+28) Shadow Staff of Enchanting (20%)

I just got this staff in FOW last night, and i'm trying to figure out what to do with it, I'm not sure if I should put it up on auction or if I should try to salvage the wrapping off, here's a pic:



The req is alittle high, but it still looks alright, thanks for any tips

sup/expert salvage it, or sell to me for 200g :P
