As we all know with all online games you always have jerks who want to mess up the game for everybody else by the use of hacks. i'm just curious what is going to be done about this and such.

actually yeah, a friend the other day when we were discussing guild wars said, and I quote: "Hopefully it won't get hacked to death, a la Diablo."
I do agree. If ANet plans to not have monthly fees, do they still plan to have the server(s) monitored to avoid such things from arising?

well i think one good thing they have is that other's can not use ur crafted armor if i understand that correctly so yeah that sorta prevents alot... as well as any build being viable

Guild Wars is designed from the ground up to be an online game. This allows maximum security to prevent cheating by other players, so your gaming experience won't be diminished by others. But perhaps more importantly, our online network allows us to stream content to your computer, so you will always have the most current version of the game, and will play in a world that can change on a continuous basis.
