need oro farming stance tank build

Not sure what this is exaclty, but I know its what groups want when they look for a war to go into sorrows furnace. can anyone post a template of this build?

max out tactics and strength take a load of stances (i use glads, bonettis, defensive and disiplined - more than i need 99% of the time) blathazars spirit for energy and adrenalin. then 3 skills of your own choice i take dolyak sig for some extra armour when i've drawn aggro but not before cause with crippling anguish on you at the same time thats something like a 90% speed reduction.

hmmm i usualy take bonnetis, glads and diciplined. i max out tactics and the rest in strength and smiting, then i bring scourge healing which is useful against pesky healers, bring like a rez sig or somethign the rest is just choice i will bring spritn mostly so u dotn fall behind on long runs with ur combersome gear
