not sure if this is junk but thought I'd ask

rare tower shield
16 def, req 12 tactics
-5 dam 19%

I know that's the new stat so I was wondering. Are all single mod rare shields junk or are there any single mods such as this that might make this worth a bit?

i wouldn't say single mod shields are "junk", just very much less desired and hence, very low in value.
