Made a noob mistake and upgraded the wrong axe.
Axe is now:
Gold Vampiric Chaos Axe
6-28 dmg (Req 9 axe)
3/1 Life Stealing
+15% dmg while in stance

Still looking for quotes on these. Also, is the chaos axe worth more with a vamp upgrade?

nah, the vamp won't affect the price noticeably at all.

i've sold a 2 req 9 15% stance at 100k each with a bit of work. I'd suggest you try for that and lower if needed.
