Neither is worth very much, since both lack an inherent damage modifier. (Examples: +15% while health above 50%, +20% while health below 50% and so on)
Sell them both to the merchant for gold.

or salvage, bow mods aint worth much, could get 1k outta either one, but not worth effort if u ask me... either mod on axe though is worth a couple k, moreso the sundering one, so i would salvage.
