PC on Gold Shadow Shield

Hi is this one worth anything? I got the impresion that +Armor shield dont sell, but this got +7 armor vs undead. Wouldn't that be good in UW/FoW? So can I expect to get anything for this shield?

its 7 when max is 10 ... but maybe 2k or so in ascalon ... maybe
