Her pelvis is inaccurate, the crotch would be a fair bit lower given where you've placed the hips. Her pants actually aren't that low at all, her crotch is just inaccurately high. Drop her crotch down a little more than a pencil's width down and it'll look better. Other than that, the rest looks pretty good. Nice colors.

Well it's no mystery what detail PieXags paid the most attention to.
I personally didn't like how abstract the hands were, and how blank the expression was, typically nonchalant and anime, not what I'm really into.
Otherwise though it looks rough, mainly the lines, and the absolute lack of shading. On the flip-side, the detail on the outfit is well done and accurate, but again the lack of shading leeches the depth out of it.
Specifically though, the shoulders bother me, they're too thick, vertically, and the further shoulder starts too high. Also, her ear is coming out of her jaw.

Blind Rage, in a certain light Paine's comments were as constructive as any other in this thread. Some of those points are true enough, and depending on the OP's goal, should be considered. Just because criticism isn't what we want to hear doesn't make it bad. At least crits were given, as opposed to none at all.
I'm not artist so it looked great to me. After looking at the critiques of those with a better eye then I. I would have to agree with these comments:
Asplode: Everything -- Good Eye, I initially missed every point you had.
Piexags: I thought the pants were too low but after looking at this comment I agree with the crotch placement being too high.
Foppe: The fingers on the left hand, in particular, look a bit off...Dr. Suessish
Paine: Artist perception is everything. I think this character sketch could be anything you imagine it to be. All assassins don't have to have the same body type or where the same outfits do they? In this case I think the weapons make it clear that it is an assassin.
