I garauntee it's worthless, many starting weaps can be found in presear or maybe even old ascalon still. It has no functional value and doesn't look cool. If the offer is still there, take it, lol.

Like someone said, make a char, get this sword, put it in storage in post sear, and delete the char when finished. That's if you really need it

That, along with starter shields and elemental rods are sold by merchants in pre for 0g. Yeah. It doesn't have much value, except that you can buy them en masse and make drawings by dropping them on the floor...
