PC on a Purple requirement 12 12^50 Dwarven Axe

Title says it all...

Had a couple of regular PCers give a rough estimate on this axe earlier on in-game. I am not questioning their knowledge but was just wondering if any of the other regular users of this board would like to assist me in setting a price range in case I decided to put the axe up for sale.

Anyway, was just wondering what I should do with this item I just got:

DEADLY CESTA
Cold Dmg: 11-22 (req. 8 Death Magic)
Halves casting time of Blood Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
Halves skill recharge of Curses Magic spells (Chance: 20%)

Is there a buyer of bizarre weaponry around..
