Implement a trading system like http://stationexchange.station.sony.com/

Real money --> gold
Gold --> real money.

The thing is right now people can sell accounts and get away with it. If the devs were to sell gold legitly then it would solve many problems.

or Why whould ANet want to provide a free medium for people to make money on. Thats why ebay money/items is not allowed.
