PC on Collector's Shield

I want to know what the Collector's Shield with the following stats is worth:

Crimson Carapace Shield, Armor: 12 (req. 8 Tactics)
Health +45 (while enchanted)
Received damage -2 (while enchanted)

It requires 5 Ancient Eyes to make.

I'm not even sure if it still exists (I don't have one, I want to have one , because I copied it straight from a FAQ.

hmm i dont think it does .... i know the stance one still does ... if you find one im willing to bet its req 9 all the collectors and greens are i think

I know it's not max Armor, and according to the FAQ it's req. 8. It's supposed to be get from Vargil the White at Mamnoon Lagoon. So, maybe someone can verify if it exists?

And yes it can be purchaced from Vargil the white in the northwest corner of Mamnoon Lagoon in Maguuma for 5 ancient eyes.
As far as what it's worth, depends on how much 10-15 minutes of your time is worth. I paid 300g for 3 of the 5 eyes I needed only because I didn't feel like spending the time I it would take to get them, then spent 5 minutes running to the collector. But it is indeed a nice shield, but then I enjoy collector items personally.
