Skill quests AFTER ascension secondary job change

I've recently ascended and change my secondary job from Mo/E to Mo/Me. Now I've thought I read somewhere that you can do quests for skills, like you did earlier in the game. I've found a few skill quest npc's, the Memser in Serenity Temple (?), Lion's Arch (?) but that's all. I went to Druid's Outlook looking for skill quests, and didn't find any. That was the only place I could remember *for sure* I recieved quests for skills.

Basically, will we be able to repeat old quests for skills just for a new secondary? Thanks everyone.

I'm guessing this means we can't do old quests that gave Primary skills / Secondary skills? Only quests that gave Secondary skills?
