How to meet Verata?

I'm curious how to meet Verata and kill him/her cuz I need that verata's sacrifice skill to be a good MM... so any tips?

If you have Copperhammer Mines on your map already, you can purchase the skill there. (Also Ember Light Camp, if you have completed Thunderhead Keep.)

Boy are you confused...No Verata..and the skill isn't even an elite You can buy it from the skill trainer at Copperhammer Mines along with Verata's Aura and Verata's Gaze

or unlock it using faction then buy it from ascalon skill trainer...

You can find Verata (if you've already done Renegade Necromancer) in Kessex Peak, the last area of the Villany of Galrath quest. Guildwiki states that he will most likely not appear if the quest is active, I have never seen this confirmed.

I have never seen Verata there when cleaning out the peak after helping with the Villainy of Galrath quest. He is definitely there when you don't have said quest though (at least with every group I have gone with). Two members of my guild had necros as their first characters (to that point) and we helped them cap from him. Be warned, that hill is covered with a much larger army than the army defending Galrath.

Look for people doing the Renegade Necromancer quest out of Yaks Bend. You'll find Verata as part of that quest. But you'll need to use a signet of capture, so other people's suggestions are going to be a whole lot less trouble for the same result if you haven't been to Lions Arch already.

he spawns at teh same spot as galrath so if your doing villany of galrath there is an 0% chance of Finding him
