PC on a 15^50 shortbow

Hi i need a PC on this:

Sundering Short Bow of Fortitude
Dmg:15-28 (req 8)
Dmg +15%^50
Health +30
Armor Penetration 10/10

i'm not great on bows, but i think Stuey is a vet PCer, and i'd trust his judgment. yes, they're perfect mods, i assume the low PC is because "short bow" is not a desired skin. i'm sure the price would be tripled and more if it was like a storm, dead or horn skin. from my experience on bows, i'd agree with Stuey's PC.

I've seen clean ones req 8 15^50 go for 30k and below and last time I checked even those mods don't make 40k.. but g/l
