Error 122

I thought I would ask here first.

I bought my preorder from EB and I played. I also played the first few days of the game release. Ive been busy for a few weeks and havent been on. I went play today and I select my char. it then wants me to re-add my cd-key and personal info like I didnt when I first bought the game. Its tells me my Key has been disable Err=122 see support site and the site doesnt have a KB for it.

Then contact Arena Net. If your key has been disabled there must be a reason why.
