More Server Changes with Account Merging?

If the topic title doesn't befuddle you, then lets put it in simpler terms: I wanted to know if there was any information on whether if you merge a Factions account to a current GW account, would you get more of those change continent server "passes". I'm just curious to see if that answers why I ask this.

a frog/Gaile talk indicated no additional changes would be available.if you have used them up you have used them up

No one has made any mention of this topic on any interviews so until we actually get the game, it's just pure speculation.

you get enough swaps to make up your mind and dont keep getting more with each chapter.
side note is that if you have used up all your switches and are unhappy where you wound up a polite request to customer support will get you back home on a one time special switch
