Are the statues inside the towns pointless? What purposes do they have?
I found out you get benefits outside in areas where there are creatures roaming, but what about inside?

sometimes if u do /kneel at a statue someone/thing will appear but sometimes it will just give a story when u click it, but the statues in the temple of ages only work with the kneel command if the server u play has favor of gods

Does it matter if you are, let's say, a Monk and you kneel at a statue of the Monk god as opposed to at some other profession?

You can also only access the Fissure (1k admittance) zone at the Temple Of Ages if your server has the "favor".

Same with the UW, only if you've got favor.

That doesn't have anything to do with the statues of the gods, though. Your server gets favor of the gods by winning at HoH.

But really, wouldn't it be more fun if favor is not granted by battle but by prayers alone??
