PC on Gold 'odd skinned' Jeweled Staff

Hi

I found this staff today and it dosen't look like any jeweled staff I've seen. Can someone please tell me if this is an unusual skin for it, and what it might be worth? Thanks!

salvage for +30 hp

i would actually exp salv it and hope for the +30hp mod..
since the staff has no passive mods on it...they're the rare skinned jeweled staffs ..but they're getting more common now...
if you were to sell it as is.. maybe 8k

It's the 'rare' jeweled staff skin, I'd salvage that and hope for the 30 hp hale head
