It's the boss you fight in the Hereo's Challange quest.

Master another Secondary Profession, go to Droknar's Forge. Theres a girl near the storage area, talk to her to get the quest.

Or atleast I think thats what it is... Don't know why its infront of a Dwanya Statue.

No idea why it's there in pre-searing. It is, indeed, the Mragga (the boss you fight at the end of Vanyi's 15 attribute point quest). IIRC, it is also the model that the ritualist's summoned spirits have. Is it an npc or just there like a background prop? Never seen it before in Ashford Abbey.

you can only see it when your outside ashofrd abbey, and looking in
