Never seen this in game, but i've seen it quite a few times on the forums already. What normally happens to me when i start a town is my armor is floating in the air but my characters face and body aren't there

Occasionally, there's the idiots who don't just dye their armor shiny, but their heads. Sometimes I see peoples' heads all shiny like that, like metallic robots...it's creepy.
One other time, many people in drok's had the black arms and legs like in the picture above, as well as any other visible skin was black. Except their head, speaking of their head, their hair was different color. It was freaky...like my ranger (the guy on the left in my av) had blonde hair...

I get the suspended in air armor or myself nude with hollow see through spots were my armor would be...
but if I double click a piece of armor in my inventory to apply it to wear just as I hit the Windows key as well, I can pop GW back up and find myself in shiny armor like that.
