With a good tank and a good Necro you can 3 man SF with the following:

1.Mend Condition
2.Reversal of Fortune
3.Life Bond
4.Blessed Signet
5.Life Barrier
6.Rebirth
7.Divine Boon
8.Balthazaar's Aura

Cast Bond on teammates, followed by Barrier. Cast a Blessed Signet. Then Balthazaar's and Boon on yourself. As always, use Blessed Signet as needed to replenish energy.

If your tank draws all the aggro, you should have enough energy (from Balth) to keep everyone alive (under Boon) with Mend Condition and Reversal of Fortune.
