The Party Window

I play a healer often, and it annoys me when I lead a party I am stuck with the same sized tiny window that you have to scroll with. I find it difficult to select teammates, so I just use the window to heal.

I'd like an option where you can choose the type of party window you want -
Normal - The party window remains the same size at all times.
Expanded - Outside towns, the party window stretches to accomodate all your allies' names without a scroll bar. In town, the party window remains the normal size [so your party window doesn't change sizes as you pick up members].

It's a small change and easy to implement. Please post comments.

isn't the window scalable? and movable? It is on my version. (I'm not asking these questions rhetorically... i play beta version so there might be differences)
