Dying Nightmares and BiP

Well, As the title states, My guildmate says that the Dying nightmares in the UW use BiP on enemies when you use SV on a target.. Now myself have NEVER seen this happen, Because they die after rending.. But if a target with no enchants gets rended then I guess it could live, So heres my question, Do dying nightmares use BiP when you cast SV on a target?

they sometimes do it without, once SB ended on my 55 monk partner, and i was too far away to kill it with my staff or power spike it, but luckily it randomley killed itself by BiPing the aatxe rather than rending my monk
