I'm a level 19 me/e. I've noticed starting yesterday that my energy regen is going really slow now. I think it's a bug or something, cuz it has really affected my character, and I'm getting pissed. A caster who can't cast is worthless. Even after fighting while im resting, my hp is at max and my energy is still regenerating.
Anyone experiencing this? Or does everything seem the same? This is a noticeably slower energy regen.

Did you equip a wand/focus with "+10 (or +15) energy, -1 energy regen" on it? 2 of them will cut your regeneration in half.

Yeah...maybe you should maybe check and see if the pips or ">>>>" next to your energy has gone down, or you have any conditions, etc. on you?

oddly I remember my mana regenerating faster in beta, and it does seem a bit slower now
heck 4 pips hardly seems faster than warrior 2 pips, I realize it is faster, but it's so marginally faster it almost seems pointless.
around then I realize 77 mp is gonna take a while to regen regardless of pips

Nope I have 4 pips, and no -1 regen items. This is what I've noticed, the dark blue bar behind the normal blue energy bar regens really slow. When I cast spells on enemies that dark blue bar goes down causing my energy to regen slower, seems like 1 pip, which is ridicuous.l

Ahhh, if the dark blue bar behind the energy is going down, that sounds like exhaustion. Some spells will exhaust you (they say so in the description) which causes your MAX energy to be lowered temporarily. The max regens a lot slower than the energy itself.

Yes, what you are describing is exhaustion. Each spell that causes exhaustion lowers your maximum energy by 10, and it slowly wears off over the course of 30 seconds (you gain 1 maximum energy back every 3 seconds, which is equivalent to a single pip

Yep, Exhaustion. In the description of the spell, it will say "This spell causes exhaustion."
