Changeing 2 Accounts into only 1

Hey guys, once again, i have a problem. So, i bought GW the first week it was released and made my account on my primary e-mail address. Then after buying the pre-order of guild wars: Factions, for the items and other bonuses, I loaded it up and completly looked over the "Manage Access Keys" in the options. So, now i have an account on my primary e-mail address and an account on one of my other e-mail address. So i thought, ill just change the e-mail address of Factions to my Primary. But this only gave me an error message telling me that "That E-mail is already in use. Please enter a Unique E-Mail address."

So, my question to the community, is how do i put them together, to get the most of of the pre-order items and such.

I'm afraid you're out of luck. There is no way to merge accounts. Fortunately you only lost your pre-order key and not the key for the game. Just remember when you get your Factions key to add it to your account.

Email support, they had this problem back when prophecies was released so I am sure they know how to deal with it.

i think they sait that once an account has been created it cannot be changed.

i know Gaile said to think before choosing which way you go because there would be no change possible.

i would think that applies to the Factions preorder as well

yup unfortunately i'm also pretty sure that i've read numerous times they will not/can not merge accounts, even if you make a new one accidentally.
