PC & ur Views on unusual Sephis axe

Ok this isn't a max Sephis so dont get too excited

But found this and just wondered if its actually worth ne thing to a collector as its the only 1 i know/heard of...

Damage 7-19 <-------------- this is the unusual bit as max is 6-28 for axes so u shouldn't see a higher base dmg of 6.

Really? just wondered as never seen i drop b4 with a higher than 6 base dmg and was curious.

alot of non max axe have 7-xx
