shadow skin much prefered over ghostly, wont pay much more for a new skinned one, cause they are gonna be standard.

max damage, req 8-10 air magic
10% casting on all spells
20% recharge on air magic

clean or crappy mods prefered, but mods are OK, i just dont want to spend a whole lot of extra money for a staff with mods included.
