Depends how patient you are I guess. I paid 90 K for the same thing with a 9/10 Sunder and +5 armor couple months ago, but they seem to have lost value. Depends if sundering is worth anything to your buyer, experienced players won't care imo.

wow you got a good deal on your chaos then if you only paid 90k...a req 9 15^50 would easily fetch 500k so a 14 would get about half that.
