[PC] on req. 10 15%^50% Fellblade

I would like a PC on this sword:

Fellblade of Shelter
req. 10
Slashing Dmg: 15-22
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Armor +7

around 225-325k seeing that theres high demand for fells these days...

Bought one recently for 100k + 8 ecto (non important mods)the person had a buyout of 100k + 15 ecto (205k at 7k per ecto) though which seemed abit low.

240k seems fair.
