i really dont see what all the fuss over victos bullwark is about...its only a -2 mod, and the health +30 always, whoop-dee-do..ive seen plenty of health mods that are pretty good, and 90k its a hella lot to spend on one shield

so what do you think this would be worth?

shield...maybe upto 25k if u find the right buyer
