I have been working on a Solo Monk Build and was wondering about regeneration.

If I have Six Pips from Mending and Watchful Spirit, and use a +8 Healing Breeze, will I get regen as though it were 14, or something else?

Both regeneration and degeneration are limited to 10 pips. However, the actual number is still counted. So, if you have +14 health regeneration from your skills, you'll receive +10 pips. If you get a couple conditions and hexes on you that total to -6 degeneration, you'll still receive a net benefit of +8 regeneration.

yeah like sunai said having more than +10 regen in your build helps in areas in which theres degen, however in places where there isnt watchful is a wasted skill.
