ok my guild wars will run fine but after a few hours play the screen will just freeze and stay like that for along time and wont unfreeze. i minimize guild wars but then wen i go to maximize it it just closes.

Does any 1 know y. I have a Nvidia graphics card but i havent downloaded any resent drivers for it so i know that thats not the problem.

Have you checked to see if your temperatures are OK. Overheating can cause the game to freeze. Saying that though when I had the problem, my cards fan went tits-up, I couldn't minimize it. I had to perform a hard reboot as the entire system froze up.

You say you haven't downloaded new drivers...why not?

Try new drivers then see what happens.

I think it's overheating. ;\

Full PC specs? RAM, Processor, 'exact' graphics card model on your nVidia card, probably the FX series.

Also, try opening up your case, in my opinion, I think your gonna be shocked because I think there's gonna be some dust.

Lay your finger on a memory module of your card when it freezes again ( the small black squares ) and if you burn your fingers it's deffo overheating...
