Cant get a new PET

Hi all!

I had a pet but it was killed. Every time i want to get a new pet it says your pet is out of range or smtn.
Can anyone give me some advice how to get a new pet?

You have to find one of the guys who will take your pet off your hands. Usually they're near the ranger-skill type NPC or is the NPC-ranger-skill NPC. Then you can go 'charm' another pet.

Never had my pet die and me not rez it before...in other words, you'd think if that occured and you went back to town and left town again, that your pet would be there with you once more (assuming you have the 'charm pet' skill equipped). Sounds strange.

Yeah just visit a tamer, if your in pre-searing i think the nearest is were get the sharm skill. If in searing then nearest i can think of is outside ascalon. I thought when you leave the map it auto rezzes with you anyway?

Your dead pet is probably still where he died. I think if you go back to the general area of where it died it will be waiting for you.

If your a ranger it dosent matter if your pet died as long as you have the charm beast icon in you quick bar your pet will appear when you leave a common area !

Ok here is the problem. I cant find my pet anywhere!

bah... zone to town zone out and your pet is alive. Make sure you have the charm skill on your bar. If you don't have the skill on bar... no pet.
