Need to complete magi quest in order to get a capture signet ??

hi, just wondering do we need to complete her quest to get capture signet or is there a npc who's selling it later on ?? well, ask this because i got her quest, but i use the signet and abandon the quest. And now i'm stuck >< so...will there be npcs selling it later ??

You can buy them later from different NPC's.
I actually got my first capture signet before I took the Magi quest.

I remember seeing someone in the next town after lions arch, that was selling the signets. I think it was the skill guy in the big forest town.
