1. Yes, it was updated March 9.
2. West of Camp Rankor, by the entrance, and east of Dunes of Despair, by the entrance to the Arid Sea. They're the same collectors as before.

If you bought the Crimson Carapace Shield just outside Camp Rankor before March 9th, you still have the old version which is +45hp (whilst hexed), -2 dmg received (whilst hexed), req 9 tactics. Now that this item is rare, I wonder if there will be a market in pre buffed items like this. HAH.
Luckily that one is cheap and you can buy all the frost griffon wings easily enough.
The desert carapace shield is the +45hp (in stance), -2 dmg received (in stance), req 9 tactics version. That one now costs 2 bleached shells. More expensive than the hexed version but still cheaper than what it used to be (5 shells).

The tactics hexed shield is now worth nothing more than 125 gold since the guy who takes massive jawbones in vulture drifts gives a tactics version +60/-3.

It's in the jungle, but it's not max armor... 12 armor, 45/2 enchanted. 5 wind rider eyes, I think.

Do ppl use these hexed shields much ?? where are they at when they like
to use this shield??
I have had 2 of the original shields for months and have never
used one, seems like the enchanted and stance ones are the most used,
like to see ppl ideas on using hexed shields.

i use the hexed shield when i solo farm FoW. The enchant shields dont work when your enchants get stripped by ancient skales and doubter dryders, and since when fighting dryders you are always hexed it becomes very very handy.
