Tactics required
1st mod: +7 or higher vs piercing required
2nd mod: either -2 damage in stance (preferred) or +health in stance
As to how much I'm willing to pay, that will depend on:
skin
requirement
the amount of armor vs. piercing
if it's -2 stance or +health (and amount of health)

So I don't HAVE to buy another, I'd just like a different skin. So if you think you can gouge me, tsk.
