Damage +13%(Vs Hexed Foes)

I know it isnt that great but I bought it off one of my guildies and I was wondering if I payed around the right price

well how much did you pay? and honestly I would merch it, but salvaging might get you something

yap i'd say merchant too...
salvaging dont worth it...
